Returns

Stock is dynamic, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

The policy is for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you've bought the item and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.

In order for your item to be considered eligible for return it must be in its original packaging, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging.
