A series of 8 colors (4 for the short skirt) is accented with a playful black and white checkered band, which is pulled into zig-zags by the chevron stitch. Skirt is worked in two pieces with an elastic waistband worked circularly after seaming. There is plenty of yarn left over for a matching tee or wrap.

- Short Version uses 6 skeins
- 1 skein each Pearl A, Ebony B, plus 1 skein each of 4 colors of your choice.
- Long Version uses 10 skeins
- 1 skein each Pearl A, Ebony B, plus 1 skein each of 8 colors of your choice.
